Updated Hoth Hat Tutorial

I just completed some updates to a Hoth Hat tutorial I had created last year. Some Rebel Legion members were able to handle, try on, and take pictures of a screen used Hoth hat and they shared their pictures with the rest of us. In light of these pictures, I wanted to update the tutorial to reflect the details that were recently revealed.
